My Requirements

Both parents work shifts at the airport so we are looking for a flexible childminder to help us out to look after our boy. I work as a cabin crew and my husband is a baggage handlerer. We are looking for someone from May 2025 - our boy is going to be 17months. By flexible, I mean that it would be a different days most of the time. I get my shifts 15th of each month for a month ahead so we would agree on days in advance, as long as possible.

I would expect to need a childminder 3-4 days a week. We would pay for certain amount of days even if we would only need the childminder 2 days a week if we find a great lady to look after our boy.
We would also like someone to be able to do some weekends babysitting (depending on our shifts), some late evenings or early mornings during the week. If this could be a same person as our childminder, great. Obviously we would agree on "silly hours" pay so it is attractive for the babysitter and it would give us peace of mind that our boy is well looked after and happy when mummy and daddy are at work.
This would suit someone who is very flexible.
We would appreciate it and hopefully find an agreement once we find a right person.
I do understand job security and knowing the income is important :).
