About Me
Hello! I'm Sophie, mum of 2 currently, with a 3rd on the way! New baby is due in April 2025. We have one boy, 3.5 years old, and a little girl, almost 1. Myself and my partner Sean currently live in Glemsford with our little ones. I run my own creative agency in Colchester and my partner works for JP Morgan, travelling into London for part of the week. We're a very kind, caring and fun-loving family, who are looking for some additional childcare support as of mid 2025.
My Requirements
I run my own company and therefore maternity leave has never really been an option for me. With a third on the way, we have decided that we will need the assistance of a live-out nanny part-time (2-3 days per week is my initial idea). This person would be caring for our new baby predominantly (however it may be that some days my daughter is also around, she will be 1.5-2 at the time), so that I could continue to work in some capacity soon after giving birth. I would likely WFH, so that I could be around for any breastfeeds required or drop in and out whilst baby is very young. As they grow a bit older I could then be a bit more separate on those days, working out of the house. I'm very much an attachment parent, I breastfeed, co-sleep and I'm looking for a nanny who will be very responsive, caring and present for our little ones. I'm not entirely sure which days we would require help yet, there is flexibility here so I'm keen to speak to someone to assess what is possible. Thank you! :)
