My Experience
Whilst working in a nursery, I have worked hard to build positive relationships with both children and their families to offer a partnership working environment that best supports the child’s interests and developmental need. I am able to plan personalised daily routines that have the child’s best interests in mind. This includes a holistic approach to learning focusing on every aspect of the child’s needs. I am able to keep clear and thorough records and report back to families regarding their child/children’s development and progress. I am able to plan meaningful activities that promote social, emotional and cognitive development as well as supporting the child’s next steps and interests. I love planning educational outings such as trips to the park, farm and shops to promote environmental awareness. I have gained knowledge and skills to prepare nutritious and home cooked meals that best suit the individual child’s needs, preferences or any allergies.
