My Requirements

We are looking for someone to support our family, five hours per week term time (one weekend afternoon, or occasionally an evening) and 2 or 3 days per week (5 hrs per day) during the school holidays. Our daughter, 9 is super smart, creative and funny but is emotionally immature and anxious with unknown children & adults or in busy/noisy places.
We would like someone local (we live in Sale), preferably with experience with SEND children (although this is not essential), who eventually may look after our daughter in their own home occasionally (when the relationship has been built). Our daughter can mask her disability expertly so we need someone nurturing, sensitive and patient and willing to develop a relationship with her. She is very creative, loves writing story books, doing stop-motion animation, arts and crafts, imaginary play, history and playing minecraft. She enjoys watching the Simpsons, Dr Who, Horrible Histories and Harry Potter. She has a great sense of humour, and is playful. We need someone who can drive as she can't access public transport (due to sensory overload). We'd like a PA who would be able to take out our daughter on their own, or look after her in our home / their home, to offer us respite and some time 1on1 time with her younger sister who is 6.
