About Me
I am a primary school teacher with over ten years experience. I offer private tuition for KS1, KS2 (including Year 6 SATs), 11+ and Functional Skills. All of my sessions are bespoke and tailored to each individual's abilities, interests and personaliy.
My Experience
I have taught in primary schools since 2013, ranging from Year 2 to Year 6 (most recently), as well as being Reading Lead since 2015. I have experience as a class teacher, middle leader and have also been a senior leader.
Alongside my tuition, I currently provide education for the post-16 education programme of two local football clubs so am teaching foundation GCSE Maths and English.
My Qualifications
I achieved Qualified Teacher Status in 2013 following a PGCE in Primary Education.
I also received a 2:1 for my Bachelors Degree in English with Creative Writing.
In 2019, I was awarded an NPQ in Middle Leadership.
My Availability
I am currently working as a supply teacher on Mondays and Tuesdays in a primary school but I am hoping to eventually focus on daytime tuition on Tuesdays.
Group Tuition for Year 6 SATs and 11+ is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays at Beacon Church (Collingwood Drive, B43) from 3:45pm-4:45pm
I have a 1:1 fortnightly session available on Wednesdays from 5:15pm

- Tutoring from £40.00 per hour
General Tuition = £40 per hour/£22 per half an hour
SATs Tuition = £45 per hour/£25 per half an hour
11+ Tuition = £45 per hour/£25 per half an hour
Group Tuition for Year 6 SATs and 11+ = £25 per hour
