My Requirements

I am mainly looking for school run help Mon - Fri at the moment. Ideally someone who’ll pick up and drop off my 6yo to school which is less than a 5 min drive from the house.
I have had live in Nannies for childcare for a while until recently so as I’ve got a newborn, I am starting to restructure my life and the boy’s too in a way that suits us all. Therefore, I would like someone with a range of experiences, is flexible and I could call on long term to give extra childcare support with the boys e.g. My 6yo is quite active, he loves going on his scooter and is mad about super cars and generally outdoorsy so would benefit from someone who’s also active, can take him on days out to do activities from time to time. Homework help will also be a bonus once in a while after school although I tend to do this with him. I also plan on getting him in some kind of outside school activity like swimming or football.

As for the baby, I generally look after him but could benefit from a bit of help here and there. I tend to do a big shop once every fortnight. So ideally I would like to leave him at home whilst I go and do this.

E.g. overnight stays if I plan on going away although that might not be right away, baby sitting & child-minding on some days.

Personality wise, obviously I’d like someone who is friendly, trustworthy, reliable, chatty, kind and can be professional within reason. Adjustable and generally an easy going person not uptight.

Other ideal requirements would be a keen cook or someone who can put together a nutritious meal and is also tidy.
