In my experience I was trained on how to provide personal care for individuals it included bathing them changing their clothes feeding individuals with disabilities, and engaging residents in meaningful activities like playing games and singing. I find joy in going for walks with residents, as it not only promotes their physical well-being but also fosters companionship. Had an experience in a School where i assisted kids with and without disabilities. My compassionate nature, patience, and effective communication skills are essential in this role, allowing me to build trust and rapport with those I care for, ensuring they feel valued and understood every day.
