I am currently in the UK on a two-year working visa with my partner, and we enjoy exploring new places in our spare time. My Experience
New Zealand with five years of experience teaching children aged 5-13. In the UK, I have gained nursery experience working with newborn babies, older babies, and children aged 2-4 in the preschool room. My experience across these age groups has equipped me with a strong understanding of child development and the ability to adapt my approach to meet each child’s individual needs. I am skilled at getting children to sleep, following routines, preparing meals, and making bottles for younger children. Additionally, I am comfortable with light housework, including laundry and tidying up.
My Qualifications
I am a trained and qualified primary school teacher with a Bachelor of Primary Teaching from New Zealand. This qualification allows me to teach in both New Zealand and the UK, and I am registered to work as a teacher in the UK under the Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) system. I also am DBS, first aide trained and hold a full drivers license.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility for additional hours if needed. I can assist with after-school pick-ups, morning drop-offs, light housework, and dog walking. I am also happy to prepare meals and assist with any other tasks that may arise, such as running errands or helping with homework. While I am flexible, I would appreciate occasional time off to travel and explore the world, with plenty of notice in advance. I am also open to taking on extra weekend work as needed.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.50 per hour
As a qualified primary teacher with extensive experience, my standard hourly rate for nannying is £18.50. Any additional hours worked outside of my usual 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule will be charged at a higher rate, and I charge £19.50 per hour for weekend work. I am happy to negotiate rates and discuss the details with the family to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement. My goal is to provide high-quality care while being flexible to meet your family’s specific needs.
