I have been working with children for almost 3 years now, and I really enjoy looking after children and helping with their development. I have graduated from university, where I have completed my BA honours degree in early years childhood studies. I also hold a current enhanced DBS and have a safeguarding, child protection, and prevent training certificate. I can also speak Bengali and Italian fluently.
My Experience
I am still working through an agency where I go to various nurseries as an assistant to assist practitioners with helping them look after children, such as changing nappies, helping the children with mealtime, keeping the room tidy and clean, helping children at sleep time, encouraging children to explore the outdoors, and keeping them safe. I now have a profound awareness of the importance of patience and flexibility while working with children, thanks to this experience.
