My name is Declan Waters. I am a very hands on father to 3 wonderful daughters. I run a PR company and enjoy Ironman events in my spare time.
My Requirements
Hi! I live in vibrant Thameside town of Marlow and looking for a part time versatile nanny housekeeper to support my daughters.
You will be working alongside three delightful girls aged 10, 17 and 19, helping them to settle in to their home and support them as the younger two pursue education and their older sister works locally. I am hands on Dad required to travel and work in to the evenings.
The housekeeping element will include cleaning and daily tidying, menu planning and preparing the family meal. The part time nannying element will predominantly be the care and support of the 10 year old –starting with the afternoon school run. You will enjoy building a relationship and hearing about her school day and ensure school correspondence is up to date and play dates etc and birthday parties etc are organised. Her big sisters are more independent but will also enjoy building a relationship with you and appreciate your support in the family home.
A wonderfully friendly Bernadoodle is also part of the family, who will enjoy an occasional walk with you!
Due to my travel there will be a live in element to the role, which will be planned way in advance. This will entail staying at the family home Mon -Fri to proxy parent and support the girls.
