Hi, I am a University of Edinburgh student offering tutoring as well as babysitting. With experience balancing learning and fun, I create a supportive environment where children and tutored feel encouraged and cared for. I’m a patient and a hands-on person who loves helping others learn and grow, whether it’s through tutoring or babysitting.
My Experience
I have been tutoring Maths for 5 years - started out tutoring smaller kids to get them interested in Maths, show how fun it can be and practise some mathematical thinking, then I went on to prepare people for GSCEs and A-level equivalent exams.
I have experience babysitting for kids from 3 to 11 years old and can give references. I’ve always found it easy to get on with children and have tried to make every sitting fun and special making memories and learning something new.
My Qualifications
I have A* in both Maths and Further Maths.
I attended a first aid-course.
I don’t have teaching or babysitting specific qualifications but can give many contacts for recommendations.
My Availability
I am a University student so my exact time-table changes from semester to semester. I am however unchangeably free most evenings and weekends - some days I could be free in the mornings, afternoons and overnights. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for details.
