My Experience

I am a thorough, independent, and dedicated individual who is open to new opportunities which will help expand my current knowledge and skills both personally and professionally. I have had experience in a customer facing role while working at Oxfam as a shop assistant, which gave me first-hand exposure on how to interact and further enhance customer experience on the shop floor. This opportunity also allowed me to learn how to deal with customer queries and complaints and how to think of quick and effective solutions under pressure. I am a true believe in going above and beyond of what is expected of me and have shown this in my roles throughout my college placement which earned me the opportunity for further employment after successfully showcasing my hard work, dedication, and alternative ways of approaching tasks. As I gained a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner at University College of Birmingham gaining a lot of experiences with working with different families and children from different nurseries. Through working with a range of nurseries, I have gained a lot of skills such as communication, organisation, and team building skills which helps me when facing new challenges every day especially working in new and different environments.
