About Me
(We would welcome the opportunity to meet you if interested in working with us, where we can fully brief on how we find ourselves with the Grandsons - happy to pay you for your time for a pre-meet)
We are Mark and Marianne, we are full time working (from home) professionals whose three Grandsons (2, 4 and 9) have been placed in our care for the foreseeable future. After months of assessments, visits, discussions etc we have been confirmed as full time Foster Carers, for us, at this stage, this is specifically for our Grandsons.
The boys all go to the same school, 3 miles from home; currently the times they go to school are a challenge :-) (these will change from September and will see them in full days)
Current
9yo - 8.40am to 3.15pm
2yo - 9am to 12pm
4yo - 12.15pm to 3.15pm
The boys are very much nature/outdoor orientated, albeit the 9yo is just starting to get in to tech/gadge.
My Requirements
Up until September we're looking for someone to ideal start between 8am and 9am and finish between 5.30pm and 6pm (we are away for 10 days during now and then) (not sure what constitutes 'Before school on the sitter calendar)
Where possible carry out all of the the school runs, we can cover morning and mid day if necessary - we have added previous carers to our car insurance*, equally have settled with them directly when they have used their own car. (*adding to our insurance will depend on age, years driving and accident history)
Look after the 4yo in the morning, drop him at school, look after the 2yo in the afternoon, pickup the 9yo and 4yo in the afternoon, then look after the 2yo and 4yo until end of day (9yo tends to be self sufficient)
Lunch prep at 11am for the 4yo and then 12.30pm/1pm for the 2yo
Would really appreciate some help to prep the evening meal for the boys, who we aim to feed at 5.30pm
