My Experience
I am a highly experienced childcare professional with 14 years of teaching in international schools across Europe and the UAE. My background in early years and primary education has given me a deep understanding of child development, nurturing emotional, social, and cognitive growth through engaging, child-led learning experiences. I have also done private tutoring for families in fully staffed households in Moscow and the south of France. My background has equipped me with extensive knowledge of child development, age-appropriate milestones, and the ability to create structured routines that support a baby’s growth and well-being. Alongside my teaching career, I’ve had plenty of hands-on experience looking after newborns and young children, including caring for my nieces and nephew from birth. I helped with feeding, bathing, sleep routines, and keeping them safe and happy. I also looked after them 24/7 during times when their parents were away, which gave me a real understanding of what’s involved in caring for babies and meeting their day-to-day needs.
My Qualifications
Currently, I am completing my Level 4 Maternity Nurse qualification, equipping me with advanced skills in newborn care, feeding routines, sleep training, and providing both practical and emotional support to parents during the early stages of their baby’s development. I specialise in creating a calm and nurturing environment while promoting healthy routines and habits from birth. My qualifications include Paediatric First Aid Certification, ensuring I can respond quickly and effectively to emergencies involving infants and young children.
In addition, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages and a PGCE qualification, and have over 14 years of teaching experience, specialising in early years and primary education.
I have also undertaken professional development courses focused on child development, behaviour management, and learning strategies, further strengthening my ability to provide structured and nurturing care.
