My Experience

I have 10 years of childcare experience, and 6 years of nanny experience. My favourite job was working as a summer nanny with two families who, between them, had 5 kids, aged 6mo, 2, 4, 5, and 7. I'd worked with the 5 and 7 year old since they were only 8mo and 2, and it was such a delight watching them grow and play with friends. I also worked as the lead caretaker in the infant room of a local church for 2.5 years, caring for up to 7 children aged 3-18mo and managing the 2 weekly volunteers. I believe that connection, empathy, and fun are the most important parts of my job. I prioritise participating in activities with kiddos -- be it laying on the floor for tummy time, singing silly songs, dancing, enjoying time outside, or reading. I have years of experience with kids as young as 3 months and as old as 10. I am Red Cross certified to babysit, and certified in both infant and adult CPR. I would love to spend time getting to know you and your children, and experiencing the joys of playtime and life together.

My Qualifications

Red Cross certified
certified in CPR for both infants and adults
fully vaccinated against Covid-19

I do have a driver's licence, but I have limited experience driving in the UK/on the left side of the road, so I would prefer to avoid driving children unless it was an emergency.

My Availability

I have a fairly flexible schedule. The only times that I cannot do are:
- 9:00-13:00 Tuesdays
- 12:00-14:00 Thursdays
- 11:00-1:00 Fridays
+ time needed to get to/from the main town

My Fees

• Nannying from £11.97 per hour (gross)
