Mum of a 10 year old boy and 12 year old girl. Working as a critical care nurse, have found how difficult it is to find flexible childcare to suit shift workers so have decided to put my own experience to use to support others in a similar situation.

Vast experience both personally and professionally. Have my own children who are now 10 and 12 years old. Have experience working in both nursery's and primary schools and also worked supporting a childminder in her own home whilst studying for my degree.
