My Experience

I have worked with children in a variety of settings ranging from pre-schools to home-school help, to nannying and regular babysitting. I have been a registered Foster Carer, including doing respite care for a child with complex medical needs & developmental delays. I have experience with tube-feeding (NG tube and G tube) and lots of experience with children who have additional needs.

I love working with children & their families and making life a little easier for them. I enjoy housekeeping too, so I'm always happy to do a bit of house care whilst I look after your children. My general approach is gentle and fair but firm. I have trauma-informed care training & crisis intervention training so I feel equipped to handle most situations that your little ones may throw at me! My first aid training is up to pre hospital emergency care level as I have been working as an administrator for a first aid company for the last 3 years and have also been surrounded by paramedics!

For the last three years I have also worked as an afterschool nanny for a family with three fantastic boys ranging from pre-school to intermediate, I love getting to know each of them, their interests and joys and challenges and encouraging them to be the best version of themselves.

My Qualifications

I hold the following first aid certificates:
- First Aid on Young Children.
- New Zealand First Aid.
- Pre-Hospital Emergency Care.

My Availability

I am available for care in your home, as I will initially be living with family.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour

My fees vary depending on the role and regularity of the hours available.
