About Me
We are a family of 5 living in the Clapham South/ Balham area. We have three children (8, 5 and 2). We love fresh food, sport, music, adventures in London and general goofing about. Our eldest boy is a UK top 100 chess player in his age group, but also loves football and laughing at youtube videos. The middle child has just fallen in love with dancing and singing following a trip to the panto at Christmas (mum and dad are hopeless at both!) and the youngest is the boss of us all, but generally just loves to laugh along with the others.
My Requirements
4 days (Mon-Thurs) a week school and nursery drop off (20 min walk or bike/drive) and school and nursery collection in the afternoon, staying with the kids until mum or dad is home from work circa 7.30pm/8pm. Duties would include cooking dinner, homework, bath and bed and messing about with the kids. The children have some after-school clubs, most of which are at the school, but one or two require some travel (bus/cycle/car). We are losing our current nanny (with our full support) to different ventures and are not trying to replicate her in any way, but rather looking for someone to join our family with their own unique style. Good food is important and the kids love to be involved in the
cooking if possible. We would ask you to clean up after the kids when they are under your supervision. We would also appreciate you folding and putting away their clothes when you are not out exploring the world with the kids. Mum and dad work from home some days, but there is a garden office so you won't have someone peering over your shoulder.
