About Me
Hi my name is Sarah and i run Streetly Stars Childminding Services covering Streetly, Sutton Coldfield , New Oscott, Aldridge and surrounding areas. I live with my husband and two teenage sons. I provide a homely nurturing environment where children can learn at their own pace within the EYFS guidelines. I am passionate about nature and world around us and i like to incorporate lots of child led creative messy play where i believe children engage more whilst having fun learning. I like to spend plenty of time outdoors as i am very lucky to have access to beautiful parks, farm, community centre and a library right on my doorstep. I provide before and after school wrap around care for Manor Primary school in streetly and my home is easily accessible for most major commuting routes.
My Experience
I have 5yrs experience in school led services and previously volunteered at the local preschool nursery. I am fully Paediatric First Aid trained and have full enhanced DBS checks in place. I have completed all Safeguarding and Lullaby sleep awareness training. I adhere to local regulations and have all the training awarded to become a childminder. I am also very lucky to be mom to my two fantastic older children.

Sarah has been our childminder for a while now, my boys enjoy their time with her.
She treats each child with the same care and attention, as she does her own children. Being attentive to each of their individual needs.
She provides fun activities and opportunities for outdoor adventures, which is always a big hit with my children.
We are always kept fully informed and have regular updates on milestones.
I couldn’t recommend anyone more, any child would be lucky to spend time at Streetly stars.
