My Requirements
We need an after school nanny for our son. We are looking for someone that will develop a quick rapport with him, and a good working relationship with us. The nanny needs to be experienced in looking after children. They should be fun and empathetic with our son. They need to be confident in managing occasionally challenging behaviour. We need someone that could be available on an ad hoc basis each month. Some weeks we will only need one session after school. On others weeks, we may need 4 sessions after school.
