A requirement for a babysitter on a flexible basis for our 3.5yr old toddler
My Requirements
Due to my wife finding work, she is on shifts so they change on a weekly basis. There will be times where we may not be able to drop off our only 3yr 4 month old son to school in the morning AND/OR unable to pick him up when his half day of pre-school finish (they're at full capacity and cannot offer the afternoon sessions). It might be easier if we hand him to a babysitter for morning thru to end-of-school hours instead where neither of us are unavailable/outside.
There may be the odd days in the future we would want emergency babysitting.
