I have specific experience working with neurodivergent children, including those with autism and ADHD, both of my brothers are neurodivergent which has taught me how to adapt my approach to meet unique needs effectively.
My responsibilities have included everything from meal preparation and bedtime routines to creating educational and fun activities tailored to each child’s interests and abilities. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents to ensure their expectations are met and their children are thriving in my care.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Fine Art from the Glasgow School of Art, which has greatly influenced my approach to childcare. I love incorporating creative and artistic activities into my time with kids, encouraging self-expression and exploration through painting, crafting, and imaginative play.
