About Me
I am a working mama that needs part time childcare for my energetic, headstrong 2.5 year old toddler girl. She is currently in nursery but I don’t feel super happy with the setting and whether she is being nurtured in the best way. I’m very holistic health minded, I use homeopathy for her at home, we bed share and I am breastfeeding. I would say I lean towards the gentle parenting style and I hope to home school / world school because we want the freedom for her to be able to not only travel but spend extended periods of time with her overseas family.
My Requirements
She goes for two afternoons a week at the moment and this is working for us right now. I’m flexible on hours because I work from home and set my own schedule. I would be happy to do something like 10-3 or 9:30-2:30 if that helps for school pick ups! Her papa is Egyptian and so if I could find an Arabic speaking childminder to help keep up her language skills that would be amazing! My girl has been very ahead with her speaking for a while and I was having full blown conversations with her since 2. I would love someone who can nurture this and who can keep her stimulated. We go out every day when we are together and she does really well with this. It’s a challenge sometimes because I find she is bored easily but I do as much as possible to encourage her to do different things and facilitate playing on her own as she will literally want me to play ALL day!! - she loves role play / arts & crafts and playing outside / climbing
