About Me

Hi, I'm Francesca (Fran) tutor with over 11 years of experience.
Qualified teacher who is experienced with preschool aged children upwards to age of 18.

Can offer Maths from ages 3
4-11, English for KS1-KS4, English as a Foreign Language, French up to A Level and Spanish up to GCSE.
I can provide all required materials and can offer both face-to-face and online lessons.
DBS and references available upon request.

My Experience

I have worked in teaching for approximately 11 years in a variety of settings, from preschool age up to university students.
I am highly experienced in working with SEND and SEMH pupils additionally.
Can offer both individual and small group lessons.
I have a gentle approach with lessons that are interactive and engaging, and tailored to pupils' needs.
I can offer initial and end-point assessments, as well as providing regular reports to parents and carers.

My Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in French Studies.
Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education (including Primary teaching experience).
TEFL certificate.

My Availability

Full availability after Februrary half-term, approx 24th February 2024 onwards.
Currently employed full-time however I am looking for a move to self-employed and will be therefore offering both daytime and after-school hours, 8am up to 7pm.
I will also be offering Saturday mornings 9-12.
I am a homeowner who lives alone and can offer lessons in my home if required, I am based in the Toxteth area of Liverpool. Please be advised that I have a cat however she is very gentle and calm.
I am happy to travel up to an hour away to pupils homes or can meet in public areas if this is preferred.
I can also offer babysitting on an occasional basis.

My Fees

Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
Tutoring from £25.00 per hour

£25 per hour tutoring, this includes travel time, preparation time and all materials.
£10 discount for 2 pupils- £40 per hour for 2 pupils.
£50 per hour for 3 pupils- saving £25.
Babysitting £20 per hour.
