About Me
We are a young local family of three living in a modern farmhouse just outside Kelvedon in Essex. My husband runs a local family business and I am currently on maternity leave from a consulting job in London. Our lovely baby boy is currently 3 months old and my husband’s family live in the area, whilst mine are based down in Devon. We have a cat (who is a complete softie) and generally try to get outside in the fresh air at weekends (and me with the baby during the week!). There’s plenty of space around the farm to walk and play (we have a garden and there are plenty of road/track based walks and field walks).
My Requirements
We are looking for someone we can trust to look after our baby boy from 5/6 months. He’s lovely natured and very easy going, and already formula fed from 6 weeks as I sadly struggled to breastfeed.
Initially we are looking for some help whilst I remain on maternity leave but start needing to do some work-related courses and keeping in touch work, and then full-time for when I go back to work. Therefore we are looking for someone part-time initially and hopefully more full-time or 3-4 days a week later down the line but happy to be flexible on any of this as it’s more important to us to find the right person!
This would be generally looking after the baby just during daytime so feeding, napping, stimulation/playing and developmental activities for his age, and making sure he gets outside a bit in different environments as well as just general logistics. Again happy to discuss hours as we can be flexible on these to suit both parties and could ramp up a bit when I go back to work if that suits.
Current requirements have been ticked for before returning to work.
