Hello! My name is Sador, and I’m a 19-year-old student at King’s College London. My Experience
Over the past two years, I cared for a 4-year-old with autism and a newborn who grew into a lively 2-year-old. My experience involved creating a stable routine for the older child, using sensory-friendly activities and communication tools to support his development. For the baby, I focused on meeting basic needs and fostering growth through age-appropriate activities.
Balancing the needs of both children required patience, adaptability, and strong communication with the parents. This role helped me develop a deeper understanding of child care, especially for children with special needs, and reinforced my commitment to creating a nurturing environment.
