My Requirements
I have 2 girls very close in ages (10.5 months apart) My first was born Dec 2023, my second born November 2024. I work 11 hour shifts Friday and Saturday nights. I'm not sure if I want to go ahead with childcare yet as it costs a lot (almost all of my wages) to cover what I need but I'm keeping it open as a possible option if family can't watch them for any reason.
