My Requirements
We're looking for a childminder to build a relationship with prior to going back to work after maternity leave this summer. It's important to us to find the right person to work with. Ideally the right person would be able to watch the baby regularly and also be able to watch the toddler on a more as hoc basis as she's already settled in pre school.
