About Me

I'm a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven individual with extensive experience working with children, creating fun, educational activities, and nurturing their development. I hold a Level 3 Childminding Certificate with high distinction, and I’m proud to offer references upon request. My friendly, approachable nature helps children feel comfortable and at ease, and I also enjoy caring for pets as part of a well-rounded caregiving experience.

In addition to my childcare qualifications, I have a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Art and Design, which reflects my deep love for creativity, music, and nature. I believe in the power of these elements to engage and inspire children, whether through hands-on art projects, nature walks, or musical activities. I regularly incorporate these passions into my work, fostering a rich, dynamic environment for children to learn and grow.

Staying active is important to me, and I love taking children on walks, exploring the outdoors, and encouraging an appreciation for nature. I’ve also participated in charitable activities like raising funds for Compton Hospice through the Snowdon Before Sunrise walk, a challenge that reflects my determination and enthusiasm for giving back to the community.

Academically, I achieved all A's or higher in my GCSEs and am happy to assist with homework when needed. I also have experience in a variety of sports, including netball, tennis, and football, and I’m a strong swimmer, which adds to the diverse range of activities I can offer.

In the past year, I’ve developed a love for cooking and now have a wide repertoire of recipes, which I enjoy sharing with others. I’m also currently working towards my First Aid certification, including CPR and choking management, and I’ll provide the certificate once completed, ensuring the highest level of safety and care.
