My Experience

I have worked as a teaching assistant in Reception, where I have gained proven
experience in assisting teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and
providing individualized support to students. With strong communication and
interpersonal skills, I build effective working relationships with school staff and
students. Additionally, I have worked in the Rainbow Room, supporting children with
Special Educational Needs (SEN). My role involves tailoring learning experiences to
meet the diverse needs of students with various disabilities or learning difficulties.
This includes collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver inclusive lessons,
tracking student progress to provide feedback that informs future lesson planning,
and working closely with professionals such as speech and occupational therapists to
ensure a holistic approach to education. I also help manage classroom behaviours by
using positive reinforcement and implementing strategies to support students who
may struggle with social interactions. My contributions play a crucial role in fostering
an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students

During my time as an level 2 partitioner childcare, I gained invaluable experience and
developed a diverse skill set essential for an Early Years Practitioner. My key
responsibilities and accomplishments included: Delivered high-quality care and
education to children, meeting their physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
Supported their development through engaging activities and structured play,
fostering a positive learning environment., Maintained a safe and healthy
environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Conducted regular safety
checks, managed first aid, and upheld cleanliness and hygiene standards. Cultivated
strong communication skills by effectively interacting with children, parents, and
colleagues. Provided regular updates to parents on their child's progress and
promptly addressed any concerns. Implemented positive behavior management
