About Me
I have been teaching pupils for over 24 years, in traditional schools and through face-to-face and online, remote tutoring.
I am a primary trained teacher with particular expertise in maths, English, science, phonics and SATs. I have taught all subjects throughout the primary phase. I offer tutoring for pupils aged 5-11 and those 12+ who are working at KS1/2 standard in any primary subject. My methods are interactive and involve traditional pen and paper tasks as well as online games and activities.
My Experience
I have vast experience teaching pupils with a range of needs including (but not limited to) neurodiversity, EAL, ADHD, PDA, hearing and visual impairments as well as those with SEMH-related anxieties and pupils who have dyslexia, dyscalculia or processing difficulties.
My Qualifications
BA (Hons) Primary Education with QTS
The Inclusive Teacher (9 month course)
Phonics Training
Adaptations for pupils with SEN
