My Summary
About Me
I am kind and patient. I have always built great relationships with the families I have worked for and with the children and pupils in my care. I pride myself on getting to know each child, their skills and interests and I use this knowledge to create and plan fun and engaging activities.
I am a great listener. The environment I create is a safe and stimulating one, where the children in my care are listened to and their opinions valued and shared.
I am enthusiastic and well organised. In my day-to-day life, I have learned how to determine priorities, be self-motivated and manage my time effectively. I am extremely well organised and an excellent timekeeper.
I am adaptable. I can adjust to my surroundings and to the children in my care. I have a great understanding of SEND from my experience in schools, childcare settings and when working as a nanny. I know how and when to adapt tasks and activities for all ages and abilities, resulting in happy children who can achieve.
