About Me
I am a very open-minded, social, friendly and outgoing person. I really enjoy working with children and like to plan lots of fun games and activities tailored to their interests and development needs. I am in my second year at university in Aberdeen. In my spare time i like to spend time with friends, play lacrosse and ride horses! I am open to babysitting, home helper, or part time au pair positions, I also have a car and can help with school runs depending on availability :)
My Experience
I have experience looking after children aged 1-16, having worked as an au pair for children between the ages of 1-9. This included: ensuring the children's daily routine runs smoothly, coming up with and undertaking activities to aid development, engaging with the children through games.
I also have the sports leaders level 2 award, I planned and taught sports lessons to groups of around 20 children between the ages of 5 and 13, and have worked as a LAMDA teacher. In 2022 i worked as a staff assistant at a summer school, spending time supporting those with extra learning needs and limited english in the classroom, and acting as a 'big sister' in the house.
My Qualifications
I am PVG checked and have a TEFL Shortcourse qualification. B2 German.
