Hi- I am a final year undergraduate student at the University of Glasgow. I am a 22 year old female from Bangor, Northern Ireland. I have 2 younger brothers and love animals and movies! I am a reliable and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with children. I love engaging in activities that foster both fun and learning. I am a strong communicator and great listener. I am approachable and patient and always ensure children feel comfortable and safe in my care.
My Experience
With over 5 years of experience working with children, I am confident in my ability to produce a safe, fun and caring environment for children. I've been a Sunday School leader and Girls' Brigade leader at my local church, where I have planned and led activities for groups of children (aged 0-10), developing my skills in leadership, communication and leading games and creative activities. I have also worked in a more instructive capacity, as a sports coach at my local waterpolo club and have assisted my mother with examination monitoring for transfer test students (age 11).
In addition to working with children, I have a broad range of experience working with people within my legal related work experience and thrive in leadership roles. I also have extensive casual babysitting experience and have 2 younger brothers and many young cousins, which has further honed my skills in looking after children and understanding their unique needs.
