About Me
I’m a 26 year old self employed musician and artist who loves playing with and looking after kids.
I offer childcare for any ages; adhoc work, but I’m also in the market for a more full time childcare job.
Hobbies of mine include music (I play drums, guitar, and bass), arts and crafts (I’m a multidisciplinary artist, primarily working in painting and sculpture), and football (I’ve been playing once a week for a few years and particularly love watching women’s football). I also love cooking, and playing games.
My Experience
Though I’m new to the childcare app, I’ve been working and volunteering on and off in childcare for 10 years now. Starting off as a teenager babysitting local families in the evenings, I soon moved to daytime care for younger kids via word of mouth, and at the age of 17 went overseas for a two week long trip babysitting three boys aged 6 - 12. Although the last few years has seen me busy on tour with my band and completing a degree in Fine Art, many close friends and family around me have recently had kids, reigniting my love for looking after young ones.
My Qualifications
I have just completed a degree in Fine Art with a First Class Honours from City and Guilds Art School, and prior to that, studied at Fortismere School for my GCSE’s and A Levels
