About Me
HI. I am Tracey a 52 year old experienced mum to 4 grown up children and 2 who are school age. I have 28 years experience with children!! I am a non-smoker, fully vaccinated and hold a full, clean driving licence and have use of my own car. I am fully DBS checked. I have recently been described by one of my mummys as "child-centric", because I truly love being around and looking after children. I am a registered Foster carer of 8 years, but, am currently taking a break, but, still looking to work with children in the meantime. As a foster carer I mainly looked after newborn babies - 5 so have a lot of experience in this area. I feel that my age gives me the advantage of patience, experience, and a genuine warmth and love of who is in my care. I am reliable, and if you are looking for a cuddly, nanny for your children - someone who will offer fun, fresh air and exploration of new things I may be the nanny for you.
My Experience
I have gained a wealth of experience over my 28 years working with children.
I started off by becoming a very proud mum to 5 of my own birth children and then going on to foster and adopt my youngest who is now 4 and at such an inquisitive fun age.
I have worked in a nursery for 3 years as a key person to little ones and then went on to work in a primary school for 5 years, working alongside one child in particular SEN as his LSA. I built up such a good relationship with the parents of these children that I am still in contact with them, even though the children are now all 18 years plus.
I have also been a childminder.
I am a registered Foster carer but having a break. I have fostered over 20 children in my 8 years of fostering and have had the privilege of watching them grow, flourish and go on to lead happy healthy lives.
I am now putting my experience and qualifications and my love of children into Nannying.
All children are different but in my experience all thrive on love and consistency.
I consider myself committed to encouraging high self esteem, focus on activities to aid their growth and feed curiosity whilst adhering to parents preferred routines.
I am reliable and organised but most of all caring and fun!

My Availability
I am flexible with my availability as my husband works from home but this may be subject to change and I will need to do the school runs occasionally, if you are happy for your little one to come with me then that would be great. I have marked available for overnights and weekends as this is something that I may be able to work around if needed. Just don't be shy to message and ask.

Tracey has looked after my 2yr old daughter on several occasions and every time she has been bright and bubbly. Ellie-Mae loves spending time with Tracey she is fantastic with children of all ages. Ellie-Mae always runs to her when she see’s Tracey as she loves her time there. Ellie-Mar can be fussy with her food at times but every time she goes to Tracey’s she always eats her meals I know that my daughter is happy and safe and well looked after when she is with Tracey and I cannot recommend her enough.
Thank you Tracey for looking after her so well and we hope to sort out more time in the near future
