My Requirements
I am looking for a caring and reliable nanny with a background in teaching to provide after-school care for my 4.5-year-old daughter, who is in Reception class in Bishop Gilpin school. The role involves picking her up from school at 3:20 PM twice a week, bringing her home, providing a healthy snack, and assisting her with homework until 6.20pm when myself our my husband come back.
As one of the younger children in her class, she needs extra support with her learning, particularly in phonics, early reading, and basic numeracy. I am looking for someone who can help build her confidence and make learning fun and engaging.
Ideal candidates should have experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting, and be able to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment. A warm and patient approach, along with strong communication skills, is essential.
