About Me
I am pregnant with my second child due early August 2025 and mum to a very happy little boy who is 15 months old. I work part time at the moment as an accountant and travel quite a lot for work. I'm originally from Cheshire, but have lived in London for almost 17 years and Bristol/Bath for almost 5 years now - I love the Countryside and cannot ever imagine having lived in London for so long!
My husband is a children's surgeon at the Bristol Children's hospital and so his hours mean that I am responsible for the majority of childcare - and picking up and dropping off at nursery.
My Requirements
We are looking for a full time temporary nanny (8-10 weeks), starting mid July 2025, working Monday - Friday 8-5pm. We are expecting our second child in early August. I am expecting to have another C section and will need help for the first 6 weeks after giving birth to take my son to nursery (Mon - Wed), help look after him when he's not at nursery (Thursday and Fridays), and generally help me manage with a second child since we don't have any family help nearby and my husband works long hours as a hospital doctor. We would ideally like our son to get used to the person a couple of weeks prior to me giving birth as he will need to be cared for when I go into hospital with my husband to have number 2.
