About Me
I'm 28yr old first time mum to a baby girl Aliyah born August 2024. I recently moved to derby a year ago so I don't have any friends and family to lean on to help with child rearing hence why looking for a child minder. I mainly WFH and my husband works hybrid.
My Requirements
I need someone who is able to have fun with Aliyah but also keep an eye out on her development and help her with it. Someone who constantly talks to her to help improve her speech and let her listen to a wide variety of words and always repeating words and sounds for her benefit. I need Aliyah to be able to feel safe and happy with her carer and get opportunities to experience and learn new things. I want her to be as creative and curious as possible. I want someone who will also update me regularly on what she's up to and let me know how the day went, what she liked and didn't like and how she reacted to things. Ultimately I'd like her to have fun every day trying new activities.
