About Me
I have worked thd majority of my life in chikdcare, more recently managing an outdoor nursery on a farm, amazing job. Due to personal circumstances I gsvd up my job of 8 yesrz on thd farm to try something new. I did not enjoying so have found myself out of work. I have 3 daughters and four step children, more girls and 1 boy, between them all we have 16 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
They all live in west sussex apart from my youngest who has lived in australia for 13 years, our aussie grandaughter born in 2023.
Our youngest grandchildren were born at Christmas time 2024, so we're quite busy and very used to children.
We have a dog, rover and 3 chickens, they provide us with all thd eggs we need. We love to walk, be outdoors and explore our beautiful country.
My Experience
As you can see we have children and lots of grandchildren xxx that's alot of experience. Additionally I have worked in many childcare settings, from helping as a parent to becoming a manager. I have led teams that have gained outstanding from ofsted, and coached parents and families with childcare dilemmas. I have worked in a chikdrens home and in school as a teaching assistant. More recently for west sussex as a SEND and inclusion mentor. Supporting childcare practitioners with ideas and strategies to maintain inclusively .
