I live with my husband and one year old who is almost 18 months old.
My Requirements
We’re looking for a nanny for childcare on Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays almost all as full days but will discuss in person. Looking to do fun, engaging activities with my child aside from the general care related things (meals, naps, walks etc). if they can also help with some light housework I would appreciate it too.
My son was born extremely premature at 24 weeks and so there are a few health related things to be aware of. Happy to discuss this further in person but the main thing is that he is at risk of getting more severe infections than term babies would. The nanny should be aware of this and careful around infection control especially when seasons change.
Overall we would like someone to understand how we work as a family, and understand our anxieties as first time parents of a preemie. Therefore some experience of previous nanny roles would be helpful. The most important thing is that our son is treated with love and care and we would love to welcome someone who can help us with this :-)
