About Me

Hello! My name is Phoebe and I'm looking for work as a part-time nanny/occasional babysitter to enhance the everyday life of your little one(s). I'm a UK native but spent many years living in Toronto, Canada. I recently relocated to Hove to be closer to my family and enjoy all that this lovely city has to offer. I was working as a part-time nanny for the last two years in Toronto and would love to continue similar work here in Hove.

I've always been quite active: I played competitive football for 10 years, competed in varsity athletics in university, and still participate in adult social leagues for football and ultimate frisbee. I'm also a writer with a passion for film and would love to support your child's interest in various physical and creative activities!

My Experience

I have 10+ years of experience caring for children as a babysitter, part-time nanny, and city employee at daycare programs. I have cared for children from ages 1 year to 14 years, including children, teens, and adults with various cognitive and physical disabilities.

I'm very comfortable with child care, pet care, and light housekeeping.

My Qualifications

I'm certified in First Aid & CPR-C and worked as a Support Staff and Camp Counsellor for the City of Toronto for 5 years. I've completed a background check in Toronto and am in the process of applying for a DBS check.

My Availability

I'm preferably looking to provide after school care 2-5 days a week between Mon-Fri from 3pm-6/7pm. I'm also open to occasional evening shifts and am flexible to finding the schedule that works best for us both!
