About Me
I have recently retired from the NHS after 40 years of service as a registered nurse, I worked as a community nurse for most of my nursing career, I am a granny to Euan whom is 6 months old and has special needs he lives in New Zealand and I miss him very much, I love children and have 3 grown up children,one lives in New Zealand, one in Australia and the other in Aberdeen.

My Qualifications
Registered general nurse,I have worked with the NHS for 40 years most of my nursing career has been as a community nurse, the last 4 years I have worked as a vaccination nurse, working mainly in schools vaccinating children ,but have also worked in clinics delivering pre school vaccinations,I love working with children, and have dealt with many challenges as obviously children are scared and upset when being vaccinated as often are their parents, I have a very calming influence, to the child and parents putting everyone at ease.Im a mum to 3 grown up children and a granny to Euan 6 months ,whom was diagnosed at birth with down syndrome, this has been challenging for our family, but we have overcome many upsets and have pulled together as a family.
