About Me
My name is Shay and i am 19 years old, i previously worked as a healthcare worker/ support worker for the past 2 years and i am wanting to go into child care. My dream is to become a parent and have a child of my own someday. I was thinking about joining a school as a teaching assistant for SEN children but if i can help out a family who struggle to find childcare for their babies i would love to do that instead!
My Experience
I have experience with children as i used to volunteer at a local gymnastics club and i also have experience working with individuals with ADHD/autism ect.. and have also helped my mum raise my younger brother who also has ADHD by creating schedules, routines and activities to insure that he lives the best life possible.
My Qualifications
I have completed training in safe guarding, manual handling, medication, and food handling (I have also worked in a cafe preparing food and prefpared food for my clients everyday so i have an understanding on any allergies your child may have and how to avoid any contamination)
