Two years as a kindergarten teacher for children between the ages of three to six as well as babysitting jobs throughout the years

My Qualifications

For two years I worked as a kindergarten teacher for children of asylum seeker and refugees back home. The class I worked at was a special education after school program designed for children with disabilities, behavioral issues, and extreme backgrounds. Aside from the day to day activities I was responsible for tutoring sessions with the children, targeting learning difficulties and emotional and sensory regulation, with the supervision of a social worker. In addition to the work in the class I was responsible for assisting approximately 15 families a year during their special education process. This responsibility included registering children in the health system, booking appointments with physicians, attending appointments and mediating information to the families, submitting all medical records to the municipality, and providing emotional support for the families during the process.
