I am originally from NZ but currently residing in Bristol. I have always loved working with children and thoroughly enjoyed my previous experience at an SEN school. I would like to keep up my experience working with young people. I am fun, energetic and approachable.
My Experience
I have 2.5 years of experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, supporting students across all age groups, from Reception to GCSE. I currently work in the NHS with both adults and children. I have experience working with preverbal children, using communication aids like PECS, and am Level 1 Makaton trained. I am comfortable making and using visual resources. Additionally, I am bucket trained and have practical experience in this area.
