About Me

I am a driven, creative, kind natured and conscientious individual with effective communication skills. My warm
and friendly demeanour means I am very approachable and easy to work with. I am dependable, responsible,
and exceptionally patient, being solution focussed when faced with challenges of any kind. I am organised,
punctual and always work to the best of my ability. Within all my nanny roles, I continuously use my initiative,
researching and taking extra courses to build my knowledge on anything I feel will benefit the child and family
at the given time. I take great pride in my appearance, always wearing the appropriate clothing for the
day/activities ahead. I believe positive communication and having great relationships within every family I work
with is fundamental in creating an effective team, with the child/children at the centre. This is something I strive
towards when entering any new position. As well as being a great team member, I can also work just as
effectively independently as I am very self-motivated and trustworthy. Family is at the heart of everything I do,
and I believe that shows through the way I conduct myself as a Norland nanny.
