About Me
Hi, I’m Iqra! I’m a first-year university student studying Business Psychology, and I’m looking to babysit alongside my studies. I was born and raised in Manchester resulting in me being very familiar with the area. I’ve always had a love for kids and I thrive in providing them with a healthy environment full of endless opportunities. I’m a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys making conversation and building connections with both kids and parents.
My Experience
I have a lifetime of experience caring for children, as I’m the second oldest in my family and have always helped look after my younger siblings and cousins. Throughout my teenage years i’ve had experience working with all sorts of children due to being a sports ambassador, which led me to guide children towards the fun of sports and the importance of staying active. This has provided me with opportunities of leadership, bringing forth the role of responsibility and teamwork.
I love engaging kids in fun and creative activities, especially arts and crafts, which is one of my passions. I’m also great with pets—I have full ownership of my own cat— alongside owning twin rabbits and parrots so I’d be happy to help with any pets in the household.

My Qualifications
I have 9 GCSES from grades 5-8 including a 5 in Maths, 7 In English Literature, 8 In English Language and 5-5 In Science. I then continued my studies in College where I came out with a B In English Literature, B in Criminology and a Distinction in Applied Psychology. I am now continuing my studies In University.
My Availability
I am available most days and will most likely pick up emergency shifts.
