About Me
Besotted grandma eager to share the joy and reach out to other families. We don’t just walk to school, we feed the Robins and whistle for them to come down. We keep a strict look out for cars and are extra careful with driveways. We create special Gamma-licious sandwiches and fruit trifles. We love playing in muddy puddles but we avoid bringing mud inside the home. We say please and thank you and say hello to everyone we meet because it always makes people smile and that brings more sunshine into peoples lives. I am embarking on several Tavistock Clinic courses, including how children’s brains grow and develop. I am an avid follower of the renowned British psychoanalyst DWWinnicott and our job as mothers and carers is to understand and meet the needs of babies and children in our care. No babies left to cry on my watch!! After doing the mother/career juggle for two decades, I relish the focus, time and energy I am able to commit to children in my care.
My Experience
Mother of two now grown daughters. 24/7 on call nanny to two granddaughters from newborn, toddler and nursery. I have car with child seats and own a clean licence.

DBS check. Emergency First Aid paediatric course. 40 years of personal childcare experience. Clean driving licence and car
My Availability
“ Dawn Patrol” from 7.00am and school drop offs. Also school pick up, tea , playtime, homework supervision and bedtime from 3.30- 7.00. Monday to Friday. From September I am available full days Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

My mother, Lisa, has provided invaluable support to our family since the birth of our two children….I’m so glad I’ve had her by my side for the past 6 months. I dread to think how tough it would’ve been without her! I trust her implicitly and the love and care she gives my girls makes my heart full. She brings warmth, humour and enthusiasm to our children and I’d happily recommend our Granny Nanny to others (so long as we get to keep her for our family’s needs 😉!).
