I have worked in Nurseries for 14 years. I completed my level 3 at college in 2009 - 2011 and have worked in early years ever since. I have always worked in busy nurseries, I have been a Head of Room and a Team Leader for an under twos unit. I have also been a floor manager and I am currently a Deputy Manager of a 83 a day place nursery.
